Who Are You in the Corporate Jungle?
Personal Brand Strategy Lab
For marketing leaders building careers inside organizations

Great work doesn't always speak for itself.

You deliver. Your performance reviews are good. And still the bigger role goes to someone else, or you hear "be more visible" or "more leadership presence" and nobody says what to change.

Using the same thinking brands use to win their market, you'll define what makes you valuable and different, who needs to see it, and how to show it. No self-promotion. No becoming someone you're not.

Not reinvention. Repositioning.

The Diagnostic

In marketing terms: the research you do before launching a product.

You don't build a strategy before you understand the market and the product. Here, the product is you.

This is not just a questionnaire. It's where the strategic work starts: a guided way to lay the foundation of your strategy. Step by step, you look at real moments from your work and life, define the next move you want to make, and who has a say in it. Optionally, you invite people who know you to share what they see in you. It takes them a few minutes, and people often notice strengths we think are ordinary.

You getYour Brand Snapshot

The first draft of your positioning: your value proposition, your brand assets (the strengths that set you apart) and the real stories behind them. Not a verdict, but a hypothesis, ready to be tested in Lab 1.

What really sets you apart

In marketing terms: concept testing. Brands test an idea with real people before they commit to it. You test yours.

Your task

Test which of your strengths are truly valuable and distinctive, and sharpen those that only sound good.

Why a group

The other participants are fresh eyes of marketing professionals. They don't know your company or your history, just like many people you want to influence. What they understand and remember from you is real feedback.

What happens

You share real situations from your work, the group tests whether your value is distinctive and credible, and together you sharpen what's weak.

You leave withYour Brand Equity Report

The tested version of your Snapshot: your value proposition, your strongest assets and your proof stories, sharpened by the group.

From value to visibility

In marketing terms: the communication plan: what is your message, which channels you use to reach your target audience.

Your task

Decide who needs to hear your story, what they should recognise, and where they will hear it.

Why a group

The other participants are experienced marketing professionals. They challenge your assumptions about the people who decide, and they spot moments and ways to be seen that you'd miss.

What happens

You map the people who influence your next step, decide what you want them to think, and find the real moments in your work where they can see it.

You leave withYour Brand Communication Blueprint

Your plan for communicating your value: who you need to reach, what you want them to think of you, what proof will convince them, and the everyday moments where they'll see it.

Put your brand to the test

In marketing terms: the dress rehearsal before a launch.

Your task

In a mock conversation, say your story in your own words and handle the questions of a participant playing the decision-maker.

Why a group

The other participants play the decision-makers. Their questions are the closest you can get to the real conversation, in a safe place, and they tell you honestly how you came across.

What happens

You rehearse a real conversation that matters, such as a promotion talk, an interview or a meeting with a sponsor, while fellow participants play the decision-makers, ask the hard questions and give direct feedback.
